Having spent thirty years within the public education trenches—serving as a teacher, principal, instructional coach, instructional director, Assistant Superintendent, Chief Academic Officer, and Deputy Superintendent—I have witnessed firsthand how the "machine" can cultivate brilliance or, conversely, stifle potential.

I am Dr. Malika Savoy. My professional journey is anchored by a singular assignment: catalyzing profound educational transformation.
